The Beginning

Losing weight. Its definitely a challenge. For years I have always wanted to either lose weight, get fit, or even just be healthier. It was hard. Strict dieting, exercising everyday, making yourself feel bad. Sounds awful doesn’t it? But don’t go yet. This isn’t another you have to live by these strict rules to get results. Instead this is the opposite.

Follow along with me on my journey and see how you can reach your fitness goals.

Wanting to Lose Weight

Losing weight is something most if not all people want to do and it is definitely one of the hardest things to do.
When you look at yourself in the mirror or look back on pictures of yourself and think to yourself somewhere along the lines of “I need to lose weight.” You are not alone. I have done that many many times.
So now you have the thought in your mind of losing weight. You want to get it done but you don’t know when or where to start. Well, I have done plenty of Pinterest, Instagram, and Google research on fitness and losing weight whether it be an athletic influencer or a fitness/weightloss page. Most of it has had lists and lists of different difficult exercises or diets.

Getting Started

So you’ve done the research and the scrolling through but now how do you REALLY start and when?
If you are like me you have told yourself you will start being healthier, or try a diet or fitness plan but no matter how many times you say it you just can’t get yourself to actually do it. You use the common phrase “I’ll start tomorrow” or “I will start next Monday so it’s a fresh start”. Right? Right. Don’t worry, me too. It took me forever to actually get started amd for real get started. There were times I tried starting and only did it for one day. I finally got a real start when my mom had invited to workout with her. And that’s exactly what I needed.

Having a Partner

Having a fitness partner to support and motivate you along the way and you for them is the best way to get go where you want. You and your partner will keep one another in check, motivated, amd inspired.
My mom has been working out and eating healthy for over a year so she has experience as for me I started working out September 14, 2020. So not very long.
I haven’t tried to work myself so hard that I’m in so much unbearable pain before the end of the day. Instead I pace myself moderately get this. There was improvement!
